I am happy to announce that I am teaching an outdoor Spring Fitness Tune-Up series through May and June. I would be thrilled to have you join me! All you need to know is below.
WHAT:
Are you ready to get toned, healthy and happy?
In this Spring Tune-Up, we will focus on rebuilding endurance and increasing strength and flexibility, then enjoying the energy and bliss that follow!
The design of the class has moms in mind- with our busy and varied schedules- though everyone is welcome.
Past participants have reported feeling energized, motivated and inspired from this program.
WHERE:
You have two class times to choose from in Mimico.
Fridays at 11:30am or Saturdays at 1:30pm.
We’ll meet in Mimico Linear Park by the water through May and June.
In Parkdale, another energized series is starting Saturdays at 11:00am. We’ll meet at West Lodge Park near Queen and Landsdowne through May and June.
WHAT’S INCLUDED:
Included in the price are weekly exercise classes, exercises therabands, weekly take-home mini-programs and unlimited email coaching support.
HOW MUCH:
The price is $180 for 9 weekly classes through May and June, and there’s an EARLY BIRD price of $150.00 if you sign up by April 25th.
DROP INS:
Drop-ins will also be available for those who can’t do the whole series.
