I am a 15-year Health and Fitness Coach (B. Honours Kinesiology, Certified Personal Trainer, Older Adult Fitness Specialist, Inferno Hot Pilates Instructor) from Toronto, Canada.
My continued mission is to help my clients get back to living active lives that they love, using progressive exercise and movement.

Who are my clients?
My clients have ranged in age from 14-100! Over the years, I’ve listened to my clients to learn what they need to live healthy, happy, balanced lives.
It is not just a tight, toned body. It is reducing anxiety and stress, getting great sleep, nourishing the body and mind, and loving moving the body as it is able, when it is able.
