What if I haven’t exercised in years?
We’ll start slow and work at a pace that’s appropriate for you. Soon, you’ll amaze yourself.
What if I’ve had an injury or illness?
I can help you determine safe and effective exercises to improve your well-being. I’ll even work alongside your other health practitioners as necessary to determine a unified program and plan.
What if I’ve never exercised before?
‘We got this’. There is no experience required for success!
I never remember what exercises to do, and how to do them. What can I do?
Don’t worry. I’ll remind you. I’ll even give you a printed exercise program with pictures and all.
My space is small. Will that work?
We don’t need a lot of space. There are a surprising number of exercises that can be done in a smaller area. There is likely a spot in your home that will work.
What equipment will I need?
I bring some equipment along with me. I will let you know what extra equipment, if any, I recommend you buy. It won’t require a big investment.
I’m not very coordinated/strong/flexible/motivated, etc.

I don’t have much time.
I can set you up with a plan to match your lifestyle. For example, a custom daily mini-program.
What if my mind wasn’t what it used to be?
You can use mine ;). I can employ techniques such as counting and mirroring to keep you on track.
Should I be at a certain level before I start with you?
No. Just as you don’t clean your house for the cleaning person, you don’t need to get fit before you see me. You’re ready!
